monoprice.com - $3.56 for 1 6 ft. cable
plus shipping $6.43. Cheaper the more you buy.
I would definatly start with the cable.
Monoprice cables are a favorite here but there
are cheaper.

Hi,
I have a Samsung LE46A656 which according to specs is 100Mhz, 1080p and 24fps compatible. I recently bought a Blue ray player Samsung BDP-2500. In the display settings of the player when I try to activate the 24fps option the player restarts and does not activate it. It does so (if I try alot, with many restarts) only to the 1080i setting. My only explanation is that maybe it is the HDMI cable that I use which is old and probably HDMI 1.0 cat1. Before spending the big bucks on a new 1.3 cable, has anyone have any other ideas on the subject?
