The drive had been working without any problems for a couple months and now it keeps disappearing on me. The only way to get it to reappear is to unplug it entirely from the motherboard and plug it back in. Even if I do get to reappear, it will only be visible in windows for a minute or two before its gone again. Here are my rig specs:
