Samsung 6300 Series differences

Aug 2, 2011 12:11AM PDT

I'm looking at buying a Samsung 55" 6300 Series TV. After doing some research I just noticed that there are different variations on the model number. The ones I've seen so far are:

UN55D6300
UN55D6300S
UN55D6300SF
UN55D6300SFXZA

The only difference I could find between any of them was that the SFXZA had a 240 Hz refresh rate. Does anyone know what the differences between the models are and if it's a significant difference?

Also on a side note: 120Hz vs 240 Hz. Opinions?
