First: What do I need to stream movies from my Apple IMac to my Samung 6300? It is about 7-8 ft. away...so do I need a router?

Second: How do I hook it up and where can I purchase it?

You'll need a router (wired or wireless) and a server software program. If you do decide on wireless, you'll also need the Samsung WIS09ABGN LinkStick (available at many retailers and www.samsungparts.com) Samsung doesn't officially support the Mac for streaming, but several users here have mentioned that they've been able to use a program called Serviio.
