Just got off a chat with Samsung Support. A lot of people are reporting this issue to them today. The app was being worked on for maintenance and somehow it got pulled from TV's and the app store. They are working on fix with 24-48 hour time frame, although they hope it will be sooner.

Not an answer, but a good guess...
Nov 13, 2011 11:47AM PST

I don't have a definite answer, but I'm will to venture a guess that Internet@TV either dropped, or was dropped by Netflix. It was working fine last night, and then I started up Internet@TV tonight and it said an update is required. A few seconds later, it said "Netflix Deleted." Netflix is nowhere in the App Store, so I'm guessing it's gone for good. Good thing I have other Netflix enabled devices hooked to the TV, or I'd be angry. This is on my UN55C700.
