I think the problem is self evident. The pop is not a good sign but collect your receipts and see if you bought it at CostCo or on a CC. Some models had more than 1 year warranty so you want to see if anything added more warranty. These things are rarely user serviceable.
Once you have what can collect available call the seller then the maker to see what can be done. CostCo's deal is amazing so I won't duplicate it here. CC (credit card) extensions have their own process and finally for the USA it's 1800SAMSUNG to arrange for service.
I have a Samsung 55" TV (UN55F6300AF). It's 18 months old and while watching TV last night, heard a loud "pop" then the screen went black. I can't get the TV to turn back on. I'm looking for possible problems and possible solutions. Thanks!
