I have just bought a Samsung 55" ES8000 and connected my local provider card in the CAM interface at the back of my TV but all my channels are scrambled. A technician from my local TV service provider came to my house to check that all my connections are ok and he found no problem. The only probleam was that the signal to my TV is very weak so he installed a booster but we still did not have a good signal. He told me that the TV should be able to send a 5V signal in the antenna cable to start the booster but we could not find the setting to switch on the antenna power.
Anyone can help me to solve this problem?
