Samsung 55" 3D Smart LED-TV UE55F6475 and Sound

by Thilqvist / February 21, 2014 7:07 PM PST

Just bought a Samsung 55" 3D Smart LED-TV UE55F6475 and want to connect my Beolap 7-1 loudspeaker with internal tuner, and done this without problems. But as soon as I connect the minijack for the hearphones, all of the possibilities to finetune the sound is gone from the selection in the menu.

Only option is to use the volume control.

Is there a fix to enable the rest of the sound options when using the hearphone connection??

Best regards form Denmark

I don't want to shortchange you but this is well discussed. You need to get your sound from the sound system and not the TV.

Would be nice, but I don't have a sound system.
Only a loudspeaker from B&O a Beolap 7-1 witch has a buildin amplifier, but no way to control bass, treble, stereo signal / type and so on.

The question about what happens with the headphone jack is well done. There is nothing new to report so the answer is the same. Get a receiver or such that supports what you need.
