Samsung 46h7000 Factory Reset(Hard ) With Smart Controller

Hi Guys,
I see many hard reset solutions with normal remote controller in internet like info+menu+mute+power . But i didn't find any combination with smart controller . Anyone know this combinaiton?

My main problem is : I bought my TV last year in this months. I watch many videos with web browser. I want to watch video again yesterday but my web browser says "Your last browser session ended unexpectedly. Restore last session? Or go to home page?"to me .This text come only some web sites not all of them.What should i do ?

Ps: Sorry for my bad english.

This is a known limitation of Smart TV browsers.

Sites have to be careful if they want Smart TV owners to use them. There are prior replies but the short answer is the site is incompatible with this Smart TV.

I'm sorry to hear this. Due to the limited buffer memory you may not be able to stream video or audio from websites through the browser. The most common indication is to start media content and it will play for about 10 - 15 minutes and then the web browser will close unexpectedly. Many sites that offer streaming offer an app in the Samsung app store that is optimized for streaming to a TV, if no app is available you may be unable to stream the content.The web browser is compatible with most websites that use HTML, but not all.
