Samsung 4665F Signal Help

I own a Samsung 4665F. I am on my second board. It was fine for about 6 weeks, but lately my son experiences the magenta flashes and "searching for signal" when playing x box. Now, we have seen the searching for signal screen when watching cable tv. What am I left to do? Are there any more fixes? Should I demand a new set? Mr. Samsung, are you out there? My warranty runs out in a couple of months, so I need to fish or cut bait. Help and advice, please
