Thanks for your message! But just so you know, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for United Kingdom. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So if you want the most accurate information, here's the Samsung United Kingdom portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

Hope this helps you!

Since Samsung device across the world are the same barring slight regional differences, why not just answer the question..? And even if screen size setting for a UK model are special to them only... if I or anyone else could look up the UK manual for this TV, why can't you? You are supposed to be customer service after all.

It should be no surprise to Samsung, that they get slammed with reports of bad customer service, with the type of help that gets provided on this site.

So far, this has been the way it is.

If you want world wide support it will have to begin with countries loosening up their grip. When I was living in Canada, the gov there mandated support would only be in their country and it was not allowed to ship things over the border for a central say, North American service depot.

I appreciate what Samsung can offer here.

About settings.

CNET has a forum just for settings. But any motion processing can cause odd things to happen. Look around for any enhancements like that and turn them off. With them all off TVs show what's being sent to them.
