samsung 40" 4k

My 2 week old samsung 4k tv suddenly will not play any apps on smart hub. It states not available. Numerous calls to samsung and many resets, updates and endless holding have not resolved the problem. I am very upset at the response from samsung. Any one else have this problem? Model # UN40HU6950 Gene

Did your calls with Samsung go over these areas?

1. Date/Time set on TV.
2. Firmware is up to date.
3. Trying an alternate DNS.
4. If Samsung's services were working (their issue!)
5. Some models have us do odd things like change the country code to other than where we are, reboot, and then put it to where we are. Do this if they ask. It causes apps to reload and can work around some bugs.

PS. Forgot the router firewall issue.

6. They should have you turn off the router firewall.
7. If on WiFi, drop the distance to 25 feet or less and try a wired connection.
