Question

Samsung 32" LCD image issue

I have a 32" Samsung LCD TVLN32A330J1D
It started to show images as if they are leaking. Please see the pictures in the links below. It all looks fine inside, almost no dust accumulation, no bulged caps, cables are seated properly.

Looking at the parts.

http://www.samsungparts.com/Products/Parts_and_Accessories/LN32A330J1DXZA/Default.aspx finds the service manual but no boards or panels. It's likely to be the board that drives the panel or the panel itself. I'd find some prices on these parts and consider it against replacement cost.
