Question

Samsung 32' 1080 P LED Smart TV problem

Mar 31, 2015 10:55PM PDT

Hello,

This is my first time posting, and I hope someone out there can help me.

I recently bought a Samsung 32' 1080 P LED Smart TV, and I'm noticing a problem.

Whenever I'm watching sports events (Where people are moving really fast), I notice that every few minutes the screen will glitch/jitter. It won't entirely freeze or pixelate, but its like part of the screen will slow down for half a second.

This doesn't happen when watching regular TV or movies, but being that I watch a lot of sports, its irritating.

I hope that someone out there can identify this problem, and tell me what I need to do to fix it. Thanks

Also, try it with all video processing turned off. That way you see exactly what the broadcaster is giving you.

Hello,
I would recommend checking the firmware of the unit, make sure you are completely up to date there. Secondly, try changing up the settings under Auto Motion Plus and see if that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!
