I bought this TV at Best Buy on July 19 of last year (200
. About a week ago it began starting slow. I turn it on and get sound but no picture, and the screen slowly starts to get lighter, then finally after 5 or 10 minutes the picture comes on.
My question is, how do I get Samsung to extend my warranty? I realize I am past the year, but only by less than 60 days. If it were 3 or 4 years old, I'd feel a little better about it but a TV should last more than a year.
Your help in how to get this fixed is appreciated.
