Samsung 26 inch sound but no picture??

Hi,
I have a 26inch samsung tv that is 3 years old and has recently started taking a long time for picture to appear and it also goes to a blurry screen when watching it and then come back to normal picture after awhile.
I have opened it and had a look at capacitors and the all look fine.
Does anyone know of anything else i could try?
