samsung 1080p problem

im having problem too w/ samsung LN40 A650 series
i cant use the 1080p
after few seconds the screen will hang and lines will appear
after that it will shutdown

It's nothing to do with the TV.... VGA does not Support 1080p Hence, the display problems HDMI is is the only input from PCs that supports 1080p

i have no problem using it as monitor, yes it doesnt support 1080p
im ok with it
