Hello, London! I would recommend a good Smart Hub Reset through the menu. That should clear this up. Also, make sure that your firmware is completely up to date as well!

Anyone come across a problem when you connect Samsung Smart TV to wifi, check the network is ok, then open Smart Hub and open browser, but instead of opening the browser it simply sits there saying: To use the web browser you must agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy [OK]
However you are unable to select ok or click anything on that screen and there is nowhere I can find where T's and C's and Privacy can actually be agreed to.. anyone any ideas ??
