I've heard fixes from new boards, manually installing firmware (must follow Samsung's instructions) to simple things like wrong date/time or firewalls in the router.
What is it this time? My bet is you'll be talking to Samsung.
My smartv model#UN32EH5300 hub will not stay updated. This happens average 1 out of 2 times. The items like Netflix will not work and a couple of the boxes are missing. I usually have to unplug and plug the TV a few times to get it to update. Sometimes it updates nothing happens must be done again. It will be connecting to WiFi during this. No problem there.
