Attempted to download firmware updates for my MP3 player YP-T10JABY/XAA. I've had it in a drawer for the last 9 months as it kept telling me that all the music I downloaded from Napster had expired licenses. (I just dl'd them the night before!)
Called customer service and they want me to pay for getting this serviced after owning for one-year and the player not working for the last nine months. Got transferred to executive escalations and spoke with Keyha (possible spelling) who was unhelpful and rude. SHe told me that she'd make a deal with me. If I could fax them my sale reciept then Samsung would pay for the parts of the unit but I'd still have to pay for labor. (Some deal!)
I'd like some help in getting this MP3 player fixed or Samsung address that I can send it to as it is inoperatable.
