I have purchased a Samsung Ativ 500T Windows Tablet from our provider ATT. It worked for what it was suppose to do. Then my wife moves tablet to table and cord quits charging. Called ATT to report issue. They had me call Samsung to explain what was going wrong. Right out of the shoot they said they would not replace because we were out of the one year warranty. We purchased in Aug. 7 2013. Warranty is for one year. They kept saying they would not replace cord, it was out of warranty. So I had ATT call and listen to their argument. Thy tried to interject that we purchased in Aug. and they had the records. Samsung also has the same information, but they just kept denying the warranty. WE finally gave up and ATT is paying for the cord out of their end and we told Samsung to kiss my ***.... I got transferred over 8 times in two hours to different telemarketers that understood my concern, and that they would resolve this, only to transfer me to another telemarketer. NOTHING GOT DONE FROM SAMSUCK!!!!!!
