Resolved Question

Samgung Mobile can't text message?

Aug 2, 2011 1:45AM PDT

Hi all.

I apologize in advance if I have posted this into the wrong section of the forum

I have a Samsung G600 mobile. I know this mobile is old, but I love it Happy

Yesterday I encountered a problem while trying to send a text message. When I try to send a text message, a blank window opens that says ''Enter Center''.

What does this mean and how can I get rid of this?

If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Usually a carrier issue.

It's time to head to your carrier's service counter and ask them why.

What is a carrier?

Thank you

The carrier is the folk you pay for cell service.

They may block or limit texts or change the rules so you get to ask them.

What I mean is, I don't know what a carrier is.

Is my carrier Samsung or my service provider (Virgin)?

Thank you

It's Virgin.

Samsung as far as I know does not provide cell service. They do make phones but that's about it.

The thing about Virgin Mobile is that they just changed rates and maybe the rules so we get to ask them about this.
