Same email, different results

My computer is set up with multiple users. We are using MS XP and have email accounts through our ISP, and use OE.

When I get an email with photos and text, I open it and scroll down and everything is in order and I do not need to click open attachments.

My wife can receive exactly the same email and she will get text only and then has to open each photo separately?

Anyone know why?

Thanks. I actually looked there but didn't see anything that I thought I should change. This time I compared her "read" options with mine to see what was different. Thanks again.

checking where you can set up the settings to view email as HTML...I haven't use OE for about 5 years now so I am not sure BUT its somewhere out there in the email view settings.
