Since you have a 1 year warranty, call them again when the corona crisis is over.
Upon further consideration, I am not letting anyone else into my home amid coronavirus. Reason.... I was told over the phone that the company would use precaution against the spread of the coronavirus and that was not the case at all. Your company sent employee in my home without a mask, protective gloves and cleaner to spray down what was touched. As this behavior compromises my health and life, please don’t come back to my home to spend anytime inside.
My life and health is worth more than a defective dryer sold to me by Home Depot and Sam sung. I never got a chance to use it because it didn’t get hot when I tried to use it. I didn’t even have the dryer 30 days. Also other damages was hid under tape that was left on the machine. Once removed, I reported the damages. Since it was hidden my 48 hours to report such damages should have started at that point. In hindsight I don’t understand why delivery personnel should be allowed to leave tape on machines, as I brought a washer as well. Tape left on both. It still has tape on the front of it. It was not removed by the delivery team 3 men who I could hardly speak English too. This kind of customer service is 2unacceptable and will not be taken lightly.
