I see no reason to make such a change.
Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me wih a networking problem. This computer is used in the workplace, we have 5 different computers and 2 printers currently in the office. The computer I'm having the problem with was set to 'Public' instead of 'Private' network location, and I have learned that with Windows XP, this is not easy at all to switch (please correct me if I'm wrong). This 'Public' network setting has caused other computers in the office to lose connectivity to the printer that is connected to my problem computer, and vice versa. What is the easiest way to reset the network on my computer so that I can set this computer to 'Private', and regain connectivity within my workgroup? Thanks!
