Safe365 External Hard Drive Data Recovery Wizard

This external hard drive data recovery was listed by CNET as "free." Upon use of the program I soon found the use limited to only 100mb of data recovery and therefore not "free" per your definition. I unwisely purchased the full program, which did not work (froze for at least 12 hours each time). I emailed their customer service three times with no response. Finally, I emailed for a refund. Again no response.
