Safari Problem Reporting.

Jan 21, 2011 10:13PM PST

I have Safari 10.5.8 on a MacBook 13" Intel. It recently shut down and recorded the details to be sent to Apple. The details are several pages long and it seems the details are too long to be sent to Apple. I've tried several times, but it will not work. I tried to copy and paste to Text Edit, and that will not work either.
Any ideas?

Nothing you can do

Nothing you can do in that case. It's a bug and/or limitation in their program.

Also, you gave the version number for Mac OS X not Safari. IIRC, Safari is only up to 5.0.3, whereas you may well be running Mac OS X 10.5.8. One is an OS, the other is an app that runs on the OS. Just FYI.

Switch over to Firefox and you'll be MUCH happier... I know because I've been there. Advised another friend who's a Mac user, and he just shined me on (stubborn). I was at his house the other day surfing on his iBook and noticed he had made the switch to Firefox... He wouldn't verbally admit that I was right, but he's a happy user now!
