Since you're posting this on a message board desgined for people to get technical assistance with computer problems... I'll just assume that he was using a computer with XP and having a problem when found, and you're being a kind hearted soul and seeing if you can't get the answer to his computer problem, right?

I mean, you wouldn't be wasting everyone's time with crap that we may or may not care about, and is completely outside the perview of this forum would you?
