Review the documentation on backup and restore of your data or files then try a full factory reset. Just like any PC you must be ready for it to stop working.
My S Note is malfunctioning, every time I click on S Note it keeps blinking and I'm unable to get to the information I saved, what do I do, so I won't lose all my information.
