Can anyone help me remove this? No programs are working

Sorry r proffit. The malware link you sent is not helping. I have downloaded several malwares and they do nothing. The files for s.ad120m are hidden when I search for them and continue to show their presence when I watch any video from the internet. Windows 8 seems to be missing things in control panel and settings in chrome and explorer are also missing? I tried to start in safe mode but it wont switch. Is there another way to boot in safe mode than f8 key?

Time to post in Bleepingcomputer and see what they prescribe. Just a week ago I cleaned off a variant of what you noted.

In parting I did one last thing. I reset each browser.

Follow ALL of the steps in the link below, in the order they're given. If you are unable to download the removal tools on the problem computer, then use a separate, clean computer to download the installation files, copy them to a CD or flash drive, then transfer them to your infected machine.
