For the VR you have to scroll down into the bundle, uncheck the mouse and monitor and hit add to cart.
You also get some anti virus and a PS3 game.

1. http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1060-6GB-vs-AMD-RX-580/3639vs3923 finds the 1060 trading blows.

2. It's similar to the build at https://www.reddit.com/r/PCMasterRace/wiki/builds and so it's a fair deal for a ready to play machine.
