Question

RV Home Theatre

I need some tech help!!
I have a 38' Class A Recreational vehicle where the "stock" receiver decided to die. It was a Sony AVD-K600P (all in one receiver/DVD/VHS)

The coach has (5) 3 1/2"x 3 1/2" square and (4) 6 1/4" round speakers. All the speakers are rated at 4 ohms.

I've pulled down the spec sheet for the Sony and its a foreign language to me. I've looked on line and its all so confusing.

What I'm seeking is a comparable slim style A/V receiver that is comparable to the Sony so I can plug the RCA connections and be happy again Happy
I'll be plugging in a separate DVD style player to it also (no VCR!!)

You're tech knowledge on a suggested brand(s) would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks in advance..

what are you thinking of doing. Of course if the amplifier is dying, then you have no choice but start from scratch again but maybe just salvage the speakers.

The display isnt showing anything and the DVD quit working..apparently there aren't any parts available from Sony to repair it.
I'm looking to replace the all in one set up with one that is accepting of the speakers already in the coach

Amazon RV DVD PLAYER.

Too many to plow through but if this was going to be a replacement I see a lot of possibilities Any decent installer should be able to make this work.
