running two monitors

im wanting to run 2 monitors on my dell xps all in one 24.it does not have any places to plug in a second one. Ive been doing some searching and found vga to usb adapters.And ive seen many more.What would be one i can use?

For me I like the USB to HDMI today.

As VGA is slowly passing the way of the floppy drive I like the HDMI connections more and more.

I can't guess what you have. Only the all in one model number shows up in this discussion and yes there are USB to VGA things out there.

the dell xps all in one 24 is a pc.im wanting to run another dell monitor that is a vga.the computer does not have any audio out plugs.thats why im wanting to adapt a vga to usb.Will that work is more of what im asking?

Why is audio a question now? VGA does not carry audio so let's hear the full story why audio is mentioned now.

There are USB to VGA adapters out there. I find them all to work for me.

http://www.cnet.com/products/dell-xps-one-24-product-red/ at least has USB 2.0 ports. This means the second display at 1080p would never play smooth video. This will be OK for web browsing, spreadsheets, Word and coding but no video or game play.

If you model is newer with USB 3.0 ports, then you may get 1080p movies to play well.
