1. To determine whether a referenced x.DLL file is a Microsoft issue and you already own a copy, access the DLL Help Database, enter the file name -- including extension in the space provided, and then press Enter (correct spelling and punctuation is recommended).
2. Please read about this supposed trojan at the Huntbar site.

I have a error window that reads= An exception occurred while trying to run "C:\WINDOWS\System32\btiein.dll,Download" I do not know how to fix this problem and restore to earlier date did not fix it. Could someone please advise me as to how to correct the problem. Thanks, Chris
