rundll

I was sick of the error notices that popped up every time about Rundll so I took advice from c/net and installed a spyware that got rid of them..However when I tried to open anything in Add/Remove or Display etc. in the control panel it would not work until I dragged Rundll back out of the recycle bin..why was this???what did I do wrong??What is Rundll??
