Run-Time Error

After installing Borland C++ Builder on my PC I noticed I kept getting "A Run-time error has occured, do you wish to debug?....something expected line whatever...yada yada" on certain webpages. What in the world is going on, and how can I fix this? It's acting like I'm doing a test-run of something on Borland...I'm at wits end here.
