Run Time Error

Run time error 226 - Is there an easy way of preventing this from happening? Each time I have to click twice on "ok" before it lets open a new window or I have to reboot the PC. I really don't know much about computers to even know what that error is and which software to use to destroy it. I really need some guidance.

If this is not it, read a few more articles.
