This is a broken virus, try scannning your entire pc with your antivirus so it can remove the core files

1. Run msconfig from the start menu.
2. Go to the startup tab.
3. Find the line that's causing the message by trying to run something (rundll32.exe, maybe) that links to 'winvus32.rom'.
4. Uncheck that line.
5. OK out
6. Reboot and see if the message is gone.
