Question

Rule to Increase Font Size for One Email Address When Sendin

Nov 3, 2011 3:02AM PDT

One of my email contacts receives my messages in a tiny font too small to read. She is the only one to complain of this. I can make an idividual message to her in a bigger font, which is a bit of a pain. But I cannot make it bigger for her in a bulk email. Creating a Rule doesn't help me, nor would it seem to help her.

I think she uses a Mac (no idea of her email program) while I am using PC and Outlook 2003 for my mail.

Is there anything I can do at my end to make messages to her a bigger font while not changing my message to anyone else? Or is this something that she needs to handle at her end?

Answer
Nothing I can think of

Not in bulk mail anyway.

I've just tested my software for a workaround. I use Thunderbird on a Windows PC and I can enlarge email contents using the CTRL + key combination.

That's press and hold down the CTRL key then press the + key on the mumeric keypad. If she can do that on hers it may work. She can press the + key as many times as she likes until it suits her. CTRL - (minus) to reduce again.

Doesn't Work for Me but Might for Her

Hmmmm. that doesn't work for me but maybe it will for her. I'll ask her to try it. In the meantime, any more suggestions or ideas anyone?
