Several months ago I cracked the glass front of my Galaxy S4 and it was much cheaper to file an insurance claim than to try to fix the display. Samsung replacement parts are very expensive. Cheaper to buy a phone outright vs. buying all the parts separately, no different with a car.

Not only must we pay for the 3 buck part but make a boatload of money to pay for development as well as warranty costs. But let's say you can do this for 3 dollars. Why not go do it?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
