How do I open an .rsrc file on a PC windows XP. Any free softwares to open it would be great I really need it to open in Photoshop.

Sounds like a mac transferred file.

Some will send over a data and the resource fork. I usually just need the data file. I have to know what the file was created with so I can name it proper.

it is was sent to me as a SIT file I un stuffed it and I got the .rsrc file
