Hi - I do not know your age or medical condition, but myself, to prevent rsi, I have been using a trackball optical mouse. Almost all of the work is done by just moving your thumb slightly and very rarely are clicks required. If you have not tried it, ask around among friends or other members of this forum; maybe you'll get a better answer. And all the best to you. Amos.
Does anyone use any programs to prevent/help RSI in fingers?
I'm looking for a a review on RSIhelper.

I like the look of it becauase it cheap and just clicks the mouse for me which is what I want. But I thought i'd ask if anyone else has tried it first.
