RPC Service terminated unexpectedtly

My sharing configurations dissapiar freequently while am working then after restart only its working properly.

Error 2114:The Server services is not started. [some times it shows RPC service errors]

i cant able to IPCONFIG/RELEASE & RENEW [REPAIR] also not working. If i unplug and replug my network cable my sys cant able to renew IP automatically.After sys restart only IP config is working.

Note: Dell Optiplex 745 , Xp Prof & 2k3 ,

sys connected in my office network but it seems prob is in my team's 4 sys only .

Given both these OSes have system restore, restore to when it worked.

Also, this is an office/work environment so get your IT or office to get proper support. I'm finding some offices, businesses have cut the IT staff and are showing signs they want the workers to do the IT work.
