Roxio Photosuite 5

This software came with something i bought. I decided a week ago to install it. It worked great. I had problems with my sytem and had to reload some things from the recovery disc. When i went back to use it i didn't work so i tried to 1st repair it but i got an error message the Wizard was interupted. So then i try to unistall same error message. when i go to delete programs i get the same message Wizard was interupted?
anyone ever heard of this? any ideas?
I am running windows ME

I have tried to re-install but i get this message
The wizard was interrupted before Roxio could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified

Do you have Nero installed?I have found them to be incompatable.

No i don't have Nero installed? i don't even know what that is LOL.
Like i said the program worked great at first.
But after using recovery disc i can't get it deleted

firstly, if you are uninstalling it you need to go to msconfig and make sure non of roxio's prog are running - in particular "directCD"
also make sure you have the latest updates from roxio.
I recently had to fix a friends computer that was stuffed as a result of roxio - seems the program doesn't like been messed about - if all else fails try and completely delete it from your system (all entries in the reg as well) - then try and reinstall

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
