ROXIO EASY VHS TO DVD KIT FOR MAC 10, IMAC

The apparatus does not provide audio. I've tried every avenue that I could find to get support from this company, which by the way, is owned by Sonic Solutions. Would you be able to give me any pertinent information? Thank you

And on other machines you may have to take it to some shop that can figure it out for you. It could be as simple as a bad audio cable to some setting.
