Roxio 7.5 registration failure

has anyone tried to register the CNET download version of Roxio7.5?
i'm unable to register the product. What's the catch?
When i click ''register Now'' the browser screen says ''Roxio regisgtration failure: there was problem encountered when trying to register your product.''
What is that problem?
i reinstalled fresh windows for only Roxio7.5 with no firewalls but i keep getting the same message.
i'm able to click from the same registration window to login to my Roxio account but the software ''register Now!'' don't work.
What problem is that?

Roxio 7.5 users please help! i'm unable to register the download try version.
Registration server won't let me register the product. It says "Registration failure. problem encountered when trying to register your product".
i installed fresh windows and only Roxio on that machine. No firewalls or other software.
What should i do to have it registered?
