But I have no splitter, the tech when they installed did the usual power level check and I'm all good.
My Netflix bombed out on my Amazon Fire but August 1st Netflix updated the app. It was VERY annoying since to get it to take and work again I had to do a factory reset of the Fire TV and then it's working.
I also do not use TWC's DNS. I'm using a Google DNS.
I have TWC for both internet and cable. For the last couple months I have been having problems with the modem going offline (the light that says send was blinking) and then randomly coming back online. I called several times and after having me restart the modem and router 10 times they finally agreed to send someone out. Earlier this week they came out and replaced the modem (no idea if it is new) and checked cables and such. Problem solved they said. We are continuing to have the modem go offline. I tried unplugging the router and going straight from the modem to the PS4 but Netflix couldn't connect either. I did make sure the PS4 was set to LAN. The cable tv continues to work fine and it is connected to the same splitter as the modem. Essentially, the line comes in the house and then splits, one going to the tv, the other to the modem.
Before I call back and read them the Riot Act, any other solutions?
