Rotate A video File 180

Hi,

I am using VirtualDub to rotate a part of video file that was shot by my Ipod camera, the problem is that when I try to apply the rotate filter, rotation is applied to the whole AVI file, is there any possible way to apply the rotation filter ONLY to a part of the video, let's say the first 30 seconds?

You could break it up with VD, then flip, save that and join it all back together with VD. Not for a beginner but it is something VD could do.
