Hello, I have a roku 2 system that is set up in my parents room, it will not retrieve anything from netflix, but it will show the other programs(ex: crackle,Disney channel); I have tried resetting it,unplugging it for an hour even though it says for only ten seconds, neither one worked. Should I re-program it pr deactivate and reactivate or what, what should I do. I am running out of ideals.
