Many channels are not on the internet so most of the time, no.
I currently have Direct TV. They just raised my subscription price (again). I now pay $107 per month. Can I save by using the Roku stick and still get my favorite channels?

without knowing your favorite channels, there is no way to tell you. roku has some channels. you could go to their website and see what is available. a couple of things, not all the channels are free, some of the channels require a cable or direct tv subscription, and some have so many commercials that it aint worth watching.
